Both work. For clearly specified projects we quote a fixed price. For open topics we work in short, predictable phases with a fixed budget.
Who owns the code?
You do. You receive the complete source code, documentation and all credentials.
Can you take over existing software?
Yes. We start by reviewing code, infrastructure and risks, then propose what to stabilise first.
How often do we see results?
Regularly. You get a working version early and then interim releases at fixed intervals that you can try yourself.
