Frequently asked
Do we need our own training data?
Usually not. Most applications work with existing models that get access to your documents or systems at run time. Custom training only pays off in special cases.
How do you handle confidential data?
We choose model and provider based on your data. That can be a provider with EU hosting and a data processing agreement, or a model running entirely in your own infrastructure.
What does a first AI project cost?
It depends on scope. We like to start with a small, clearly bounded prototype. After a few weeks you know whether scaling it up is worth it.
What if the model makes mistakes?
We plan for that from day one. With sources, tests, limits on what the assistant may do, and human approval wherever an error would be expensive.
